September 24, 2006 Sun #9

This one uses the same pattern as #8, but was worked with a smaller thread and has Miyuki Delica beads to add some shimmer to the rays. This is sunset in late summer.

This one is very similar to #7, but made on a smaller scale with a larger thread. This is what the sun looks like in the mid-80s (today).

1+2=6

Yep, it's new math. Actually, it's what you get when you take the center of Sun #1 and add the modified rays of Sun #2. Still not quite what I'm after, but I still think the idea has potenital.
